 We learned that hermit crabs grow out of their shells and move into new ones.

 This morning, we got together with Mrs. Lessard's class to read Shubert's New Friend.  We learned about diversity and that we should think about our actions so that we don't hurt others' feelings.

Miss Pierce's previous students, who are now in 3rd grade, came to our class to read to us!!!  They did a fantastic job!

In social studies, we learned about holidays and the history of our country.

 

We watched a Brainpop Jr. video about the 13 original colonies.  We took a quiz and got 4 out of 5 questions correct.

We used our voting eggs for the quiz!

We worked on our Diary of A Worm narrative.  We wrote the beginning, middle and end.  By:  Zane
